Information we collect
Ticket checkout collects the buyer’s name, email address, Ethiopian mobile number, selected event and ticket, quantity, order reference and payment status. Newsletter signup stores the submitted email address. Organizer sign-in records protected session and security metadata.
How information is used
We use this information to manage orders, verify payments, issue and validate tickets, provide event support, prevent fraud, operate events and send updates the subscriber requested.
Payment processing
Payments are completed on Chapa’s hosted checkout. Tokyo Fest does not collect card or mobile-money credentials. Our server sends the order details required to start payment and independently verifies the result before issuing admission.
Security and retention
Administrative access is permission-scoped and audited. Passwords, one-time codes and session tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes. Operational records are retained only as needed for ticketing, accounting, security and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request correction of your contact information or unsubscribe from event marketing by contacting hello@tokyofestaddis.com. Transactional messages required to deliver a purchased ticket may still be sent.
