EVENT & TICKET TERMS

Ticket use
Each issued ticket is valid only for the event and ticket type shown on the confirmation. Ticket codes may be checked once at entry and must not be duplicated, resold fraudulently or used after being voided.
Payment and confirmation
Online payments are processed through Chapa. A checkout redirect alone is not proof of payment. Admission is confirmed only after the organizer’s server verifies the transaction amount, currency, status and reference and issues a ticket code.
Event operation
Schedules, access zones and program elements may change where required for safety, weather, authority instructions or operational needs. Guests must follow marshal, security and venue instructions at all times.
Conduct and safety
Dangerous, abusive or disruptive conduct may result in removal without re-entry. Spectators must remain within authorized zones and may not enter the course, paddock or restricted operating areas without the correct credential.
